Qualified Crew Leader candidates will need:
- minimum of 3 years professional experience in lawn care
- driver’s license with clean driving record
- strong work ethic
- dependable
- work well with others
- pass background check
- strong communication skills
- professional appearance
- strive for highest job quality
- must be able to perform all physical  activities involved with lawn care
- landscaping experience a plus
- mechanical experience a plus
- experience with enclosed trailers a plus
- snow plowing experience a plus
- chemical license a plus
Pay range is $12-$18/hr depending on experience
